A2B Metro and Fast4ward Peak to star on Channel 4's Home of the Future
This Sunday will see the A2B Metro and F4W Peak featured on the Channel 4 show Home of the Future. The programme has transformed a normal family home into the home of the future. It has been equipped with a range of technology rich gadgets and energy efficiency measures. This coming Sunday the show will feature the A2B and Fast4ward bikes. Tune in, 11th March at 7pm

Across the Alps on the E-bike In 15 hours from Verona to Gilching
In an endurance test of a special kind on 14 July, two Donauer Solartechnik employees completed the distance from Verona to Gilching in 15 hours. Spencer Hippe is the manager of the business area e-mobility, Silvano Dimarcantonio is a sales representative for the Italian branch. The employees wanted to test the quality of e-bikes from the Donauer portfolio and rode the bikes a distance of 482 kilometres over the Alps.

UK based Ultra Motor have yet again raised the bar in their ongoing efforts to support their dealer network. As of today Ultra Motor launches the ‘Try before you buy’ initiative, this gives the consumer an opportunity to trial any Ultra Motor branded product from the A2B or Fast4ward range. Consumers can use the bike for up to 3 days free of charge.
Ultra Motor Launching Customized Propulsion Systems for e-Bikes
LONDON, UK - The British manufacturer of the A2B electric bikes, Ultra Motor UK Ltd., is going to supply pedelec, e- Bike and e-Scooter propulsion systems to bike brands from 2011. Instead of supplying the mass market, Ultra Motor intends to develop customized systems for specific applications. With motors made in Taiwan, Ultra Motor is one of quite a few newcomers in the LEV drive system business.

Petrol prices look set to rise by 3% to 125p per litre by the August bank holiday. The AA’s Paul Watters claims this is a 14p increase on August last year.
